🎬 SHARON MAZARELLO – A Creative Journey

Popularly known as "The Voice of Goa" and fondly remembered by many as the "Moddgovam Prasar Girl" following her hit Konkani songs of the 1980s, Sharon Mazarello has enjoyed a multifaceted career spanning music, storytelling, theatre, radio and cinema.

As a singer, storyteller, playwright, actor, director and producer, she has contributed significantly to Konkani culture through musical recordings, children's audio stories, tiatrs, radio programmes and films. Together with her husband and creative partner, Wilmix Wilson Mazarello, she is also a Guinness World Records holder for non-stop singing, a remarkable achievement that reflects their passion and dedication to music.

Her love for storytelling and artistic expression led to the establishment of Shamaz Films Goa and the release of the feature film TUM KITEM KORTOLO ASLO? in 2010, followed by the short film CHEDDUM... THE GIRL in 2014.

Through the years, Sharon has continued to explore new creative avenues while remaining deeply rooted in her love for Konkani language, music and theatre.
